Online Registration Instructions

Visit the Western United Registration System

  • Click on the Login icon in the upper-right corner.
    • Please do not create a new account! If you did not already have a Blue Sombrero account,
      one has been created for you using the email address provided during tryouts registration.
      You should have received information about this new Blue Sombrero account via email
      and/or handout. If you need a reminder of your account username or a password reset,

    • Enter your account info and click
  • Optional: Verify Account and Player Information
    • Click EDIT next to Account Information to review and click UPDATE.
    • Click EDIT next to Participant Information to review and click UPDATE.
  • Confirm Reservation for the Team Roster:
    • Click to the right of your player's name.
    • Review the program instructions, select YES and then click
    • The program fees are displayed in the shopping cart. Click NEXT
    • Complete the Additional Participant Information, including Uniform Sizing and Jersey
      Number preferences (if applicable and not already entered), then click NEXT
    • Optional: Complete Volunteer section, then click NEXT
  • Choose your Payment Options:
    • Select VISA/MASTERCARD or Mail in Check.
    • Select Pay In Full (DEFAULT) or Payment Plan (SEE PAYMENT SCHEDULE).
  • Complete your Online Registration:
  • If VISA/MASTERCARD, complete sections below. If Mail in Check, review the address for
    payment and instructions. Click the Submit Order button
    You will see an order confirmation page and receive a copy by email.
