Terrence Leahy is in his seventh year coaching with Western United. He is currently coaching both u12 boys teams.
- Terrence played collegiately at Western New England University for former Western coach Erin Sullivan. While at WNEU, Terrence captained the team his senior year where his team won the GNAC regular season title and advanced to the ECAC semifinals.
- Terrence has coached for Soccer Plus where he was Assistant Director for the Field Player Program as well as the Assistant Varsity coach at Minnechaug High School. He has also coached at Chicopee High School and Somers High School.
- Terrence holds both the NSCAA Advance National and National Diplomas. He is certified in Red Cross CPR and First Aid. He is a Massachusetts certified teacher and holds his Masters degree from Springfield College.
