Michael Rouette is in his third year with Western United. He currently coaches both the u13 boys red team and u13 boys black team.
- In his three years at Western, he has led teams to the 2010 Andre Cup Final, 2010 New Soccer Classic Champions, 2009 Columbus Day World Cup Champions and 2009 Stars of Ma Cup Finalist.
- Mike played collegiately at Old Dominion on full scholarship. He was Captain of Old Dominion University in 1989, earned All Sun Belt Conference honors in 1989 and graduated as the 5th all time leading scorer in school history. He was inducted into the Monson High School Athletic Hall of Fame in 2008. His 112 High School career goals is still the boy’s state record. After ODU he played for the Gemino Lusitanian Club (semi-pro).
- He has 6 years of premier coaching experience and 15 years experience as a PVJSL coach. He was named 2003 PVJSL Coach of the year.
- He earned his USSF C license and a Virginia State A license. He is certified in CPR and First Aid.
