Mark Haynes
Mark Haynes joined Western United in 2007 and is currently the head Coach of the Boys u14 Red team as well as our u11 boys black team.
- In his 2 years at Western he has led his teams to the Paul Irwin Cup semifinals and led his team to the Andre Cup quarterfinals. In addition, Mark coaches in the Western United Developmental program. He has also coached the Mass Twisters Professional Indoor Team for one year.
- An outstanding player, Mark was an ODP player who was twice named All State in High School. At Springfield College, he was a four year starter who appeared in 79 straight games. He was twice named to the Northeast 10 All Conference team and was twice named the Most Valuable Player of the Northeast 10 Conference Tournament. His Springfield College teams won two Northeast 10 Tournament Championships and one regular season Championship and one ECAC Championship. He played in the highly competitive LASA League after graduation playing for both the Ludlow Lusitanos and the Lowell Reds. He also played three years of indoor soccer with the Mass Twisters Professional Indoor Team.
- Mark holds his NSCAA National Diploma and NSCAA Advanced Diploma as well as his USSF D License.
