Peter DeMello
Peter DeMello joined Western United in 1999 and is currently the head Coach of the Boys u16 team.
- In his twelve years at Western, he has led two different teams to three State Cup finals as well as the Andre Cup and the u12 MAPLE Tournament finals. His teams have captured three MAPLE Division Championships and his 2010 u14 boys’ team earned the MA President’s Cup Championship and were the 2010 President’s Cup Region 1 finalists. 16 players from his first Western team are currently playing college soccer.
- Peter played collegiately at Siena College.
- He has coached Boys Varsity High School soccer for twenty five years. He is the head Boys’ Varsity Soccer Coach at the Williston Northampton School.
- He holds his NSCAA National and Advanced National Diplomas, a NSCAA Director of Coaching certificate as well as a MYSA High School certificate. He is also a Massachusetts certified teacher. Peter was an MYSA Developmental Instructor for two years working in the MYSA winter skills clinics program.
